Booking Timelines + Late Fees

* To ensure optimal selection and the best possible service, we kindly ask that events be booked at least 5 business days in advance.           

* We understand events arise unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, menus and offerings may be limited for orders placed under 5 business days                                   

* All orders must be approved three business days prior to the event date, or they will be subject to cancellation                                           

 * Standard Catering orders are considered confirmed 3 business days prior to the event date, and changes may no longer be made without Gourmet's approval                                                                     

* Catering orders that include rentals, china, and/or florals are considered confirmed at the time of booking due to vendor guidelines 

 * Late chargers are subject to additional service fees

Cancellation Policy

While we hope that cancellations won't be necessary, we understand circumstances may arise. We kindly ask for at least three business days' notice for cancellation to avoid any charges. For unforeseen cancellations, 30% of the event total will be billed, unless rescheduled with a confirmed date within 48 hours

We take pride in providing the best services to all our customers. Please book all events through the Gourmet Dining Catering Department and respect our booking rules.

Gourmet Dining is not responsible for supplying buffet tables. Please make necessary arrangements with our facility department to ensure the buffet setup. The setup must be completed at least 2 hours before the event. 

Please book accordingly. 

 During Winter Break, our office hours are

9am-3pm Monday - Friday.
